We are about to upgrade the system to the latest version, and there are two major things you need to know about your SiteExecutive website, if you maintain one.
1. The user-interface will slightly change. Instead of the Explorer you usually see on the left, the new Explorer is split into a top half and a bottom half. The top half contains sites and folders, but no files (pages, pdf files, images, etc.). When you click on a folder or site in the top pane, you will see a list of the available objects that site or folder contains in the bottom pane. The change should make searching for files faster, especially in sites that have a lot of files in a folder.
2. Most importantly, the SiteExecutive administrative interface will be inaccessible while the upgrade is performed. This means that you will not be able to edit your site at all, but the site will be available to all visitors during the upgrade. You will not be able to make edits to your site from 3PM today, Monday February 13th, until 5pm on Tuesday the 14th. We will send out another email when the upgrade is complete, letting you know that you can enter the administrative interface again.
Thanks for your patience,
