Margie Moore's heart may be failing her physically, but emotionally it's overflowing with love. The 34-year-old data entry clerk from Middle River -- awaiting a heart transplant -- has decided now is the time to marry the love of her life.

Saturday, she and her longtime companion will marry in the chapel at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. "We've wanted to do this for a while and now seems like a good time," Moore says.

At 3 p.m., she and Aubrey Sedgwick, 38, a formulator for the Elite Spice Co. in Jessup, will gather their friends and family and make it official. Her daughters also will be there. Jamieka Taylor, 16, will serve as her maid of honor and 8-year-old Meiya Sedgwick and 5-year-old Mariah Sedgwick will be her flower girls. "I've always told my girls that I wanted them there with me," Moore says.

Diagnosed more than a year ago with myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, Moore was placed on the transplant list May 6. "I've put this in the hands of the Lord," she says. "It's a burden to carry, but I know I can handle it."
