Our Staff
Our staff consists of doctor, nurses, occupational therapist, and social workers. We all work as a team, with you and your family and friends, to plan your care and work towards your treatment goals.
The Doctor(s) - Attending and Resident Psychiatrists will be responsible for your medical and psychiatric evaluations and treatment.
The Primary Nurse will work with you to understand to take your medications correctly, your illness, and assist your participation in and understanding of the program as much as possible. Your nurse is your primary point of contact at the DAY HOSPITAL.
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate your ability to make decisions, solve problems, and concentrate. The therapist will then develop a plan to increase your functioning ability in your daily life.
The Social Worker will help you with family and environmental issues by providing family therapy, aftercare planning, and individual therapy as needed. Your social worker is the primary point of contact for your family and the community.
You will get a list of your treatment team members on admission with a copy of your rights and responsibilities.
