Another Paralyzed Physician While doing a little research on quadriplegic physicians, I discovered a factual error in your article about Robert “S.B.” Lee (“Superman, M.D.,” February 2005). There are three practicing quadriplegic physicians, not two, as referenced by Dr. Lee. Dr. Sam Simms of St. Mary’s Health Center in Jefferson City, Mo., is quadriplegic and has been practicing in the ER from his wheelchair for several years.Sarah Hill |
