Please adhere to the guidelines that run the facility.  When following these guidelines, the above fees are the only ones that are incurred during usage of the facility equipment. 

Other fees may be charged in the event that damages occur during an individuals scheduled time within the facility.  Thus, be forwarned, that sloppy, eradict and abusive behavior toward the equipment and/or staff will not be tolerated.  The facilty reserves the right to revoke all access to the laboratory by an individual who exhibits such behavior. 

Also, the facility, when warranted, will use all means possible in seeking financial restitution for any damage of departmental equipment!

Please Don't Mishandle the Equipment!
